Batman v. the Joker is one of the most exciting fights of our time.
When The Batman came out, many people described it as Se7en or Zodiac with superheroes. But in a deleted scene just released, it was almost more like The Silence of the Lambs. Warner Bros. has officially released a deleted Arkham scene where Robert Pattinson’s Batman and Barry Keoghan’s Joker finally interact, in Batman’s quest to find the Riddler.

That was an incredible piece of cinema. It makes me excited to see if they do something in the sequel that’s akin to Hannibal or even Manhunter, with the Joker behind bars. That’s a little more interesting to me since we’ve seen the Joker terrorize Gotham so many times. But, hey, Matt Reeves made me such a believer, I’m down with anything he’s going to do.
