Thanks to BeastGrip, creatives who rely on their smartphone no longer need to upgrade their lens attachments.
Known for lenses, filters, and accessories designed specifically for smartphones, BeastGrip’s goal has been to elevate mobile filmmakers and content creators. The company is mostly known for its anamorphic smartphone lenses and the DOF Adapter, which allowed for the use of full-frame lenses.
Continuing with that philosophy, BeastGrip has introduced the Pro Series 1.33x Anamorphic Lens MK 2, the second iteration of its popular anamorphic smartphone lens.
While most anamorphic lenses for smartphones are designed for a particular brand, BeastGrip has taken the bold step to make its glass as universal as possible.
A Tool Built to Last
Many of the third-party lenses on the market today are designed for older smartphones or a dedicated model. As BeastGrip explained, when trying to use those lenses with new phones, it won’t give filmmakers the same great results, if they even work at all.
