NATO’s Cinema Foundation has been working hard to get audiences back into the theaters, and they may have found the golden ticket. With movie ticket prices nearing an average of $10, the Cinema Foundation is discounting admissions at most theaters to celebrate National Cinema Day.
Deadline reports that the one-day event will be held at more than 3,000 participating occasions hosting more than 30,000 screens. Beside the $3 admissions fee to any movie of your choice, exclusive previews and special in-theater promotions will be available to audiences.
Major chains, including AMC and Regal Cinemas, are participating as well as all major film studios.
