RED V-Raptor is bound to appeal to documentarians and wildlife filmmakers, especially since the camera will support wildlife charities.
In true RED fashion, the company that at one point changed the cinema camera forever has previewed a new Super 35mm V-Raptor Cinema Camera.
Dubbed the Rhino Raptor because of its deep rhino gray finish, the new cinema camera is capable of capturing 8K video at 120 fps. From what RED CEO Jarred Land says, it is a “bit larger” than a standard Super35 sensor with a dimension of 26.21 mm x 13.82mm.
