Quentin Tarantino’s Next Project Is a Big Suprise for All Cinephiles

The renowned filmmaker is ready to try something new, and we couldn’t be more excited.

Quentin Tarantino is an iconic filmmaker with many talents. The entertainer, known mostly for his filmmaking, has ventured off into other projects recently, most notably with writing. With his last two novels making waves in the literary film world, Tarantino is ready to start his next project away from the spectacle of cinema.

Now, Tarantino is planning to take a step into prime-time TV in 2023.

According to Variety, the filmmaker revealed that he plans to shoot an eight-episode series next year. He revealed this on Wednesday night while promoting his book, Cinema Speculation, at a New York event hosted by filmmaker Elvis Mitchell.

This isn’t his first time working in television before. Tarantino directed two episodes of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation back in 2005, but he hasn’t returned since although he has flirted with the idea, with reports coming out in February that the filmmaker was in talks to direct episodes of the FX’s revival of Justified.
