Alongside the phase-detection-endowed Panasonic Lumix S5 II announcement earlier in the year, we got an affordable new lens for the growing L-mount system. This Lumix S-branded 14-28 F4-5.6 Macro lens is light, has a useful range, and has great closeup capability to boot.
We had a chance to take it out into the real world and see how it stacks up, and it turns out it’s a pretty great package for under $800. The added Macro functionality is nice to see here. But why not look for yourself? Check out the gallery!
