How do I get out of this rut and make something again?
It’s been a crazy few years in Hollywood. The COVID-19 pandemic took so much out of people. Now, as we try to get back to our normal routines, it can be kind of hard to get out of the rut.
During this time, the only person it’s okay to write for is myself. But it’s been a little bit since I actually sat down and worked on a spec. As a filmmaker, I know how frustrating it can be to feel stuck in a creative rut.
The excitement and passion that once fueled your vision may seem to have evaporated, leaving you unsure of how to move forward.
